The overall layout of the units is well thought out. Having everything ground level and drive up access make storing stuff quick and simple
(June 23, 2019, 7:46 am)Jim was very helpful in finding us the best rate and plan for our storage needs. We had an incident one day where our storage unit lock (self provided) did not secure and our unit door opened up, Extra Space Storage called to notify us of the incident and promptly locked it back up for us. It was reassuring to know they do quality checks on all of their spaces and that this was quickly caught.
Overall experience with Extra Space Storage was great and highly recommend for anyone needing storage space!
(May 20, 2019, 3:02 pm)Jim, was professional and went over and above to help me with my storage needs. He clearly explained the contract and helped me determine the quantity of space I would need. After moving the furniture into the space, my car would not start. He got cables and tried to jump start the battery. It turned out to be the starter and AAA needed to tow the car. Great service and I highly recommend Extra Space Storage 1084.
(May 20, 2019, 2:47 pm)I have had great experience thus far. The site is clean and easy to access. There is never a wait. The customer service is excellent and I haven’t had any problems with billing/canceling, etc.
(March 7, 2019, 11:38 am)Jim and Janet are awesome! I had to ship large items from the location and also drop a POD to move out and they were super helpful! My company had a great experience and would definitely work with them again!
