“My dad came over with a new phone and when I asked him where he got it, he said he got it in Kingston. In the past when I heard that I would cringe but then he told me what the guys did for him over there, lowering his bill welcoming every question he had no matter what it was, got him a new phone he is more than happy with and got him a tablet, explaining everything about his new bill clearly. They wrote it out for him neatly displaying how everything billed out. Kingston is finally under new management and ownership and those guys rock over there. Thank you for taking such great care of my dad! You guys have won a customer for life. I cant wait to come in and see them when my family and I are ready for new phones. Highly recommend them. “Was seen by a Physician's Assistant on a Saturday. My wait time was minimal. My prescription was called in to my pharmacy. Felt I got the same attention that I would have received from my primary care physician. Also discovered that this center is now owned by South Shore Medical Center. Very reassuring. I am new to the area and was very happy to find an urgent care center close by. Very clean and professional looking. I will go again if the need should arise.”
