In the past when I heard that I would cringe but then he told me what the guys did for him over there, lowering his bill welcoming every question he had no matter what it was, got him a new phone he is more than happy with and got him a tablet, explaining everything about his new bill clearly. They wrote it out for him neatly displaying how everything billed out. Kingston is finally under new management and ownership and those guys rock over there. Felt I got the same attention that I would have received from my primary care physician. Also discovered that this center is now owned by South Shore Medical Center. Very reassuring. I am new to the area and was very happy to find an urgent care center close by. Very clean and professional looking. I will go again if the need should arise.”
