Roussues rents our exact model and they know it in and out. We have come in many times now and I am always sooooo pleased with not only the service, but the wreath of info they share about my rig. (August 10, 2019, 5:35 pm)My husband and I were heading to Campers World and happened to stumble on Rousseau's RV Center and I was so happy we did. What a great staff and a great selection. Our sales rep, Paul was patient, quite accommodating and by no means a pushy salesman, as we could not decide and went into numerous trailers several times. Well we found one we loved but we decided to check out Campers World just in case. Well we saw the difference right away. We will definitely be buying our trailer from Rousseau's
(July 12, 2019, 9:49 am)The absolute best RV Sales around. They all greet you with a smile and treat you like family!! We have owned many Travel trailers, towable as well as destination models and a Fifth Wheel, purchased from various RV Dealerships and this purchase of a 2020 35 ft Rockwood Travel Trailer was the smoothest best experience ever. We traveled 40 miles to this dealership, we were reluctant because of all the past experiences at local dealerships and were blown away with the professionalism and knowledge at this dealership, they all really new there products. A special thanks to our salesman Dave Lavallee, Jr and Dave Rousseau from service who went above and beyond to prep the RV by placing the custom brackets in the bunkhouse, the rail for the outdoor grill to the doorstop!!!
(July 1, 2019, 5:47 pm)Best service ever from any business much less an RV business. We came early for our appointment and they were expecting us. Bad part was tested, new part located, installed and paperwork signed in about 30 minutes. Very nice people running this establishment. I’d give more stars if possible.
