(March 25, 2021, 11:35 am)Corina, and Dr. Bailey were wonderful! The best pediatric office we’ve been to! They were so sweet and welcoming with my son. Front desk ladies were also so helpful and treated us like they’ve known us for years. HIGHLY recommend!!!
(March 5, 2021, 8:12 pm)We could not be more pleased with the care we received from Dr. Bailey and her team at Cook Children’s. As we were driving by today my 3 year old said “Mommy I wanna go see the doctor again” - how amazing is that? And that’s even considering we had to get a shot during our last visit! From the moment we walked in until we walked back out again we felt so welcomed, as everyone we met was warm and kind. My favorite thing about Dr. Bailey and her team is how they spoke to my son directly in terms he could understand as they were going through the exam. It made him feel proud and grown-up, a big deal for a toddler. If you’re looking for a fantastic pediatrician in the McKinney area, look no further. We already can’t wait until our next wellness exam!
(February 11, 2021, 10:45 am)FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! We've had great experiences with Dr. Bailey and her staff. Everyone has always been very welcoming, friendly and professional. As new parents we had MANY questions about our newborn (that had stomach issues) and not once did we ever feel rushed. Dr. Bailey is very attentive, informative and thorough. I highly recommend this office!
(February 9, 2021, 2:25 pm)We are new to the area and needed a pediatrician for our girls, I’m so glad we chose Dr. Bailey! The service was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. The nurse listened and is so good with children. Dr. Bailey is definitely an amazing doctor. She was very thorough and attentive. Also by the time we left the office and made a stop to pick up lunch the pharmacy called and informed me that her prescription was ready! Amazing service and I’m so glad we chose this location!
