“I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address and I waited until after the long weekend to try and figure out where it went. According to tracking data, it was delivered so I went to the local office on Bedford St and the nice lady redirected me to the carrier facility a few miles further down. I told the gentleman the same story with the package and realized that the package was sent to the wrong address/mailbox. The nice gentleman dispatched someone to check on the package and later on that same afternoon, I saw my package in my mailbox. Mislabeled... I’m thankful for the staff at both locations for being professional and friendly.”

“We are new to the area and needed a pediatrician for our girls, I’m so glad we chose Dr. Bailey! The service was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. The nurse listened and is so good with children. Dr. Bailey is definitely an amazing doctor. She was very thorough and attentive. Also by the time we left the office and made a stop to pick up lunch the pharmacy called and informed me that her prescription was ready! Amazing service and I’m so glad we chose this location!”

“I have been bringing both my boys to Dr. Aaron Bornstein since birth. At the time I lived about 7 minutes down the road. But we moved & we are now 30 minutes away but I refuse to leave. Dr. Bornstein is amazing & my kids love him too. Dr. Gapud is wonderful too. Amy Hatch, NP is so sweet & warm. They are all sweet, caring, helpful. They listen to all my concerns & never make me feel stupid. I saw one negative comment on here. In the past when I had to talk to or see a different doc or nurse practitioner for one reason or another, I was not happy. However that particular doctor is no longer there & the one NP we saw once & never again I believe is gone too. That was also many years ago. Other than that I am very happy. My kids are now 10 & 12.”
