(November 19, 2019, 9:54 pm)I have to say Kara is a great manager and made me and my friends feel like we were at home. Michelle is a great maid here. Most of the people that work here were friendly. Unfortunate an incident with a friend caused an abrupt end to that. Just wish the hotel GM had come to me about it privately first. I get there are rules but with all the places I've been to and how well Kara made me feel here I can't help but believe it was handled the way it did because of pressure from the other manager. Was a very awkward and sudden request at a time when the event in question had passed 2 days prior.
(October 1, 2019, 4:29 pm)This Holiday Inn always greeted my family with a warm welcome. We stayed every week for at least 3 nights in one month and I have nothing but great things to say. Brenda and the rest of the staff have a good thing going on here. The H does not stand for Holiday Inn in my mind here... it stood for Home.
I highly recommend this place.
(September 11, 2019, 7:00 pm)The room was nice! Big room with high ceilings. The shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. Clean room, no weird smells. Also had free breakfast. I will be coming back.
(September 9, 2019, 4:38 pm)My in-laws and I stayed here for one night after going to a soccer game, and the rooms and everything were decent. We got two rooms and each of them had decent wifi (we weren't streaming).
The dining area is actually quite nice there, and the food for breakfast was good.
The staff was pleasant to work with.
Nothing really special either way - just sort of an average Holiday Inn Express.
(August 25, 2019, 8:01 pm)The people who work the 3pm to 11pm shift are amazing!! Very polite and accommodating. The managers were also amazing. The only issue was i was there for a week waiting on a handicapped accessible shower (roll in )the water in that room did not even get warm never mind hot. I wish i didnt have to leave because i loved the staff and they were very nice with our fire situation at our home. Thank You all for helping us thru one of the worst times we have ever experienced
