“Jeff Neal has been coming to my elderly dad's house for years, and has been very understanding with the changes in the household over time as my dad was diagnosed with dementia and could no longer maintain his 200-year old home as well as he had in the past. Jeff is a kind and thoughtful man, and been very willing to work with my dad‘s decreased abilities. Jeff goes about his work around the house very professionally, and then explains things in a very thorough and respectful manner to my dad so that he understands. We recently found a large decomposing animal in my dad's cellar, and Jeff came out right away to remove the remains and to refer us to a wildlife specialist for prevention of larger animals entering the house. The office staff at Neal are always professional, patient, understanding and helpful. My siblings and I are managing our dad's home from a distance and we have always been fully informed after each visit by Jeff and his team. I give Jeff and Neal Pest Control the highest rating!”
