I got rear-ended in July by an uninsured driver who pushed me into the car in front of me at a red light. I brought it to Jim (the owner) and he made a stressful process so much easier. He hooked me up with a discounted rental (don’t worry, I added rental to my policy after this!) and worked with me on my deductible since I had to go through my own insurance instead of the driver’s who hit me. He worked with my insurance to get brand new parts, including a new front and back bumper and a new quarter panel. They even vacuumed and wiped down my car that was full of dust, dirt, and dog hair. I am beyond thankful for this phenomenal job with my car by Jim and his daughter Kaitlyn, making my car look better now than it did when I bought it two years ago.”

“My experience with Coastal was definitely by chance and as it turns out, by luck. I found myself in need of help as I was driving on the highway because my hood appeared as if it was going to pop open and smash into my windshield (I had been in a minor accident the evening before this and thought the car seemed fine to drive that day). So of course I took the next available exit and Coastal Collision happened to be right there so I drove over. From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect and the issue with my car was given prompt attention.
