Charlestown Veterinary Hospital

Everyone in this practice is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. My dog has separation anxiety and previously had bad experiences with prior vets, so she is always skittish when we walk into the vet. Dr. Sell and her team handle my dog with a lot of care, attention, and patience. They are also very transparent with pricing and are on the more affordable end for veterinary care. It's also very easy to obtain medical records, vaccine history, etc. I would 100% recommend this clinic over and over again!

I took my cat to this vet for the first time today and as a person who has a lot of anxiety I felt instantly at ease from the caring, professional, and and nonjudgemental way we were treated. Communication was very clear, and they were very good with my little hissing babe. A lot of prior vet clinics we’ve been to have been unwilling to work with her, or rude to me, and I didn’t experience any of that here.

This place is great! The staff is always friendly and professional. The technician, I think his name is Ryan, is amazing! I just got a new puppy, and he was always willing to talk to me about any questions I might have. I think I asked him 20 questions about my puppy and he answered them all happily! He was very informative about all the vaccine options and wanted to me to make decisions based on my dogs exposure to certain diseases. The doctor was through and examined him head to toe. My pup didn’t even care about the shots he got from the Dr. Sell since she was gentle with him, and made sure he was focused on treats. I was so worried it would hurt him so very surprised he didn’t even notice.
All together this is an amazing hospital and I’ll recommend them to anyone else I know with pets.
