(September 17, 2020, 3:29 pm)My father had to cancel his March 2020 trip to Africa (third with OAT!!) due to C-19, and his FULL refund was handled promptly and properly. Obviously, due to the overwhelming load caused by C-19, it took a little longer to receive the funds, but he did get every penny back, as did his two companions. Bravo, Grand Circle/OAT, we will return!
