Tim was the technician who came to our condo building. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly Tim did a fantastic job with trying to get our pests under control. I would recommend AAA to anyone. Thanks Tim and AAA Exterminating Co.!

This is a top-notch, reliable, and extremely helpful company. I would absolutely recommend them. Like many of you, I never expected to need an exterminator. However, when 'nature' decided I did, I quickly took to Google looking for anyone who could help. It was a dizzying experience with lots of choices and many more mixed reviews. I took a flyer on AAA and couldn't have been happier! Everyone was great, from the office staff who quickly empathized with my issue and rearranged the schedule to get a technician out to my house, to the absolute professional who showed up at our door a few hours later. His name was Matt. This is the guy you want ringing your bell. Professional, patient, and happy to take the time to explain things. He was right on time and always showed up with a company sweatshirts on, and a tool bag over his shoulder ready to work. So great to roll the dice on a company off an internet link and be so delighted by their personnel and their work. Very happy with pricing, too. Seemed extremely fair and in line with the market. Call them!

Can I give SIX stars?
Exterminating happens to be one of those services where the providers are either really really bad (unreliable, sometimes costly, not good with people, often not knowledgeable or deceptive), or great. I am happy to say that I have worked with Tim at AAA three times in two houses over a six year span and have ALWAYS found the company to be reliable, affordable, and knowledgeable. He really "gets it", in terms of pest control (what is needed, what the guidelines are, etc.) and people (what they need, how to speak to them, etc.) If you have a pest problem, CALL AAA!

These people are great! Tim, especially, stands out as an honorable, professional, efficient person. He explained everything, returned my calls promptly, came out and saw the property and reassured me that it is safe for children and pets. He understood that I called him because of upcoming construction and my fear of rodents. And he promised to come back if we needed him. He didn't try to sell us an expensive or unnecessary package of rodent "rebuttals." And assured us that AAA Exterminating has affordable plans if we need them in the future. Totally positive experience !
