Especially during COVID, they have been extremely attentive, always available to take my calls and to accommodate our virtual visits each Monday. Because my brother is non-mobile and non-verbal, it is really up to the staff to monitor and attend to his needs, and they have done this consistently since he first moved into Park Place.
