(July 17, 2020, 9:14 pm)Juan and Jorge were just amazing. Like I cannot believe how efficiently they packed up all my stuff and loaded them in the truck. And everything was so expertly packed that not a single wine glass was broken. And there was a very specific time slot we had to move into the apartment in New York, and they were absolutely bang on with timing. They truly have this down to a science at this point, and I am eternally grateful for their expertise.

My furniture was disassembled quickly and professionally, every piece wrapped and padded - ready for a safe transport. The company provided all the packing materials and took care of filling them. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you Roy's Moving! I still hate moving but you made it easy.

They were willing to accommodate my needs from the beginning. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job, listening and caring for any of my concerns. And so polite.
