Megan is a client focused comprehensive Pilates instructor (with 500 hours of training for all including those with disabilities) who truly cares about advancing the fitness of her clients while making it fun. She cues the movements clearly and has extensive knowledge of body movement and anatomy and how various bodies have alternate needs. I've been working with Megan for over 6 years. She helped me physically prepare for and recover from total hip replacement (I was on my feet immediately after and back to movement with limited PT after one month). At 54 I have no aches/pains and feel functionally strong and flexible. I move so much better now than when I started at 48. If you are looking to strengthen your core, improve mobility, lengthen, tighten and tone plus meet great people from the community this is the place for you!”

Pete has good boxing technique and constantly monitors my form. BTW: I'm a personal trainer myself. Even trainers need a personal trainer. “This small, indoor playground for kids is nestled quietly into the terminal at Logan Airport. The spot is wide open, with a soft, foam floor to protect children. There are four "features" in it, a whale, a boat, a plane, and a city line. These are all made to be climbed on and jumped off of by kids. The left side of the location is built in bench, with space below it to store your childrens shoes. This is due to the fact that the posted rules (no food, no drinks, shoes off, etc.) ask for children to take off their shoes when playing. At the very end of the room is a TV playing cartoons. Although this sounds sparse, it absolutely keeps kids entertained for quite some time. Pro tip - the "features" are pretty slippery, so if your kids have socks with the rubber grips on the bottom, they'll be able to climb on them better!”

“I came here as a guest of a member and got a great workout in this facility. This gym is well equipped with machines for both cardio and strength training. It also has a good selection of free weights and the calisthenics area is adequate though when it is crowded it is easy to be in each others way. Their check in system is computerized and honestly if I lived closer to the facility I would have signed up myself.”

If you're looking at these reviews right now debating weather or not to enroll in a membership here, take advantage of their free introduction classes to see if its right for you. Classes are small and personal. Never exceeding 12 people, you wont be lost in the crowd. The instructors are good about singling each person out multiple times during any given class to make sure their form is correct and the weight they are using is appropriate.”
