“Nadyne the pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy staff at this location really give true meaning to going above and beyond when it comes to customer service! My husband had a total knee replacement two weeks ago and unfortunately has been experiencing a lot of post-op complications. A verbal change to his medication caused my husband to overmedicate. When I went to have his prescription refilled Nadyne quickly picked up on the error and flagged my husband’s provider on the mistake. Of course this meant a delay in his prescription being refilled and furthermore me freaking out when we realized the mistake. Nadyne was very patient with me, explaining where the error was and assured me it would all get straightened out. Nadyne continuously tried to get the provider on the phone and once we were able to get in touch with my husband’s provider, Nadyne was able to rectify the mistake that could of potentially cost my husband his life if he would of continued to overmedicate. God bless Nadyne and her fellow pharmacy staff on duty! Their patience and compassion is deeply appreciated!”
