“I had an amazing experience with Advantage and when looking to rent another vehicle, they will be the first place I will check. The reasons I would recommend advantage are for three main points: competitive pricing, customer service, and ease of process. Most companies will have at least one of these options, but during my experience, advantage had all three. Customer Service Janet helped me when I picked up my car and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She knew and communicated all of the important points of the rental agreement. It inspired confidence - left feeling that I knew what was expected of me and being charged without fear of hidden fees. Janet's service is one of the most important reasons I would come back to advantage first. Competitive Pricing Undoubtedly, the rates are the most competitive for the type of car I was looking for; there's not much else to say about this. Ease of Process Picking up and dropping off the car could not have gone any faster or smoothly. I feel in part this went very well thanks to Janet and her explaining of what to expect but it was as simple as 1, 2, 3 to pick up the car and drop it off.”

“If you join the points program with Avis and use their mobile app, your rental experience at Boston's Logan airport is the best. I LOVE the mobile app, being able to pick my own car, not having to talk to anyone. It's super fast and efficient, which is not the experience I have had with other car rental companies at Logan. “This past week, I messed up my rental start data and by the time I realized it, all rental cars at Boston Logan were gone for my dates. The closest car was the Enterprise at the 230 Dorchester Ave location. So, we bit the bullet and took an Lyft to the location. The service both getting our vehicle and returning it was amazing. Only one young lady working, but she was efficient, friendly and helpful. It doesn't look like they have a ton of cars, so it is probably rare to have to wait here. She noticed that the gas was at only a quarter of a tank (we were going to prepay to remove stress when having to get back to the airport), so she said she would mark it as if we picked it up empty and told us to return it empty. She had a large vehicle, which in the city isn't popular, so she asked if we would be willing to take it for no extra cost. It was a great upgrade for our long road trip that we had planned. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, even though it isn't at the airport.”

“The most friendliest staff. John C. went above and beyond to make my rental a total success. I had issues renting with a credit card, and John made it happen. Upon returning a very polite spanish gentleman made my return a walk in the park. I am pleased with the service. Recommended Updated 02/11/2019; buyer beware, one month after this rental, I was charged by the company $53 that I had no knowledge about neither I owed anything when I returned the rental. Keep track of your finances if you rent from enterprise, I'm not sure if this is a pattern, but be alert. Charges were disputed, they were the first company to charge me on this particular card, that's what makes it suspicious to me. I'm still satisfied with the service I received, but I felt like I needed to share this issue.”

“Friendly, helpful staff, with a great Uber/Hertz Car rental program that pays for itself provided you drive for Uber a minimum of 30 hours or more per week. Probably not recommended for Part-time drivers though. The rental includes full insurance, maintenance, and 24 hour roadside assistance. I see that a few other reviewers have left nasty comments however I've been renting the same 2016 vehicle for over 8 months now and have few if any complaints. Its a great way to drive for Uber without putting any of the costly wear and tear or depreciation on your own vehicle”
