“The Beach house has been great to live in for the past year. The amenities within and finish of the building are beautiful. With the beach only steps from the front door it offers a perfect summer home and equally beautiful walks and views in the fall and winter. We have two dogs and have enjoyed the space to walk them as well as a large dog park as part of the community, dog wash station and a lovely community of other dog owners. We commute by car into Boston and Cambridge and value the short commute. Dedicated parking spots in a locked garage, we have never had an issue with our parking. The Gym is fantastic and was a major factor in our decision to move here. Never Busy and very well equipped. The views from the apartments are really quite spectacular and we never get tired of the beautiful sunsets all year round. Karissa and her team are always cheerful, kind and helpful. Any issues are dealt with professionally and swiftly. Danny and Miguel go above and beyond to deal with maintenance issues, and the minor issues we have had were dealt with expediently and we were kept in the loop at every step. The communal areas are always kept spotlessly clean even in the dead of winter! Highly recommend Beach house!”
