“Nothing short of perfection..... When it comes to customer service, your clients’ happiness and satisfaction are paramount. This morning for me, Nydam Oil showed my family what proper customer service is all about. Woke up pretty darn cold in the house because our furnace wouldn’t fire. I made a quick call to Nydam Oil a bit before they opened to let them know that I have no heat. I also let them know that there’s no emergency as I had a fire going in the fireplace. Maybe one half hour later Hank Nydam himself knocked on my door. Say about 15 minutes later the furnace was up and running again. To top it all off, Hank said it was such an easy fix that he didn’t feel right charging me for the fix. For me, this whole situation went seamlessly. For that, I thank and praise Nydam oil! “Brought my car in for a leaking tire to be plugged with no appointment on a Saturday. They noticed that my front tires were pretty bald (which I was aware of) but went ahead rotated the newer tires to the front. All of this and they only charged me $20. Really appreciated it. They also have a perfect little waiting room with snacks, water, magazines, kids books. Best of all it's CLEAN. Great experience overall. Thank you!!”
