He really takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly with my cars and that he's done a great job whatever that is. Whether he's fixing something or running maintenance, I've never had a complaint. I'm on my second e90 (325xi N52 and now 335i N54) and Andrew is the only person I'd trust to work on them. His prices are always reasonable and he's very transparent about what needs to be done and why. I also enjoy going there as much to get work done as to get a chance to talk about cars, engines and things of that nature - nothing like a technician who's also a car guy!
