Even though they were already closing for the day E & S took in the car and fixed the hole with a plug super fast (within just 20 minutes) and only charged us $15.00! Kim, who works at the front desk, is super nice and very communicative. My number one take away was that she said it will take about two weeks to get repaired and it took exactly two weeks, which is refreshing given the stigma around shops taking their time with your car. 5/5 would recommend for anyone looking for an established shop to go to.”

Was able to look at the car and diagnose the engine light problem right away. Did an amazing job on the repair and stayed in touch to let me know what the cost would be after looking at the car carefully. Some shops say they can work on VW/Audi/Porsche, Ian you can tell, really has some great experience with these cars. He also just doesn't replace parts, searching for a fix. He tests, validates the problem before replacing things. Very impressed with his skills. He also works on Mazda and Honda, so I'm bringing my girlfriends Mazda 3 who's engine light just came on. “I just picked up my car from Pro Auto Repair this morning after Jean replaced a belt and tensioner in my 2009 Honda. This is my third time coming to this repair shop and I've never left unsatisfied with the work. Jean is kind, courteous and very responsive -- and he and his team do great work and at very reasonable prices. When I reached out to him most recently, he was able to fit me in the next day and had me back on the road that same day. Always happy with the service here and he won't recommend repairs that aren't necessary. It's hard to find a trusted mechanic these days but I sure am glad to have found Jean and Pro Auto Repair. I have recommended him to family and friends and would urge you to check him out for issues big or small. (They offer 12 month warranty on work that they do.)”
