Appears as if no one goes here but appears people are always in and out which is a good sign it’s good. We ordered the steak bombshell, steak and cheese and captains platter. The steak was delish and the captains platter I believe is the best I’ve ever had. Something about the batter! I would highly recommend. They also have Brazilian menu which I must try in my next visit”

Recently picked something up and Mike, the gunsmith, was super friendly and knowledgeable, which I appreciated, being newer to owning firearms. This store has an impressive inventory and if something isn't in stock they will happily place an order for you (but I'm betting something in stock will catch your eye). I really appreciate Nico's patience with me as I kept calling the store asking if my gun was ready 😅 Also a shout-out for Vladimir just for being an awesome dude. “My experience on the phone with the pharmacy staff here over the past few days has been such a breath of fresh air that I want to shout about it for everyone to hear—which, it turns out, is precisely the reason that Google offers this function. I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman I spoke to last Friday evening, but earlier this afternoon I spoke twice to Kyle, who was helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Also: 1) The phone menu doesn’t insist on wasting your time. When the automated voice starts to list options, you can say “pharmacy,” wait for the voice to acknowledge that, and then “something else” if you actually need to speak to someone. (Please don’t abuse that.) 2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes. This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work. I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.”

“I went for a watch battery replacement, and would have been out of there in just a few minutes except that my watch also needed some links added, and the owner was willing to peruse his collection of watch bands to find some that might fit. I went back to pick up my watch a couple of hours later and I now have a working watch that fits my wrist! “This is a good place to shop for edibles and prerolls. I'm visiting from Tennessee and have been having difficulty sleeping, so I dropped by Insa to pick up some indica gummies. Chris was so nice and helpful, talking me through the different products and helping me place an order. I was in and out quickly. Plus they're having a 25% off sale that goes through Jan 2nd. The Camino midnight blueberry gummies had me feeling relaxed, yet the high was mild and not heavy at all. Great for beginners or for people who don't partake daily. I had my first decent night of sleep in a week last night after eating two of them. Highly recommend for travelers who experience insomnia. I am in the Salem area once or twice a year to visit family and Insa will be one of the places I will make sure to stop in when I'm here. I didn't look at their flower or their other edibles, but from what I saw in the shop there is a nice selection of indicas, sativas and hybrids. The strains on offer seemed to be pretty high end. The only reason for 4 stars is that the prices are a bit high, although I understand that this isn't unique to Insa - it's just how it is right now in the area. Prices will hopefully drop over time as the market matures and more craft growers enter the market.”

Much of my travel wardrobe consists of Selections clothes & accessories because they are comfortable, easy care & I feel great wearing everything I buy here. I needed an outfit for a glam gala. As always, I was greeted on arrival, this time by the awesome Lisa. She listened, then started bringing me pieces from all over the store - clothes that I would not have given a second look on my own. I ended up with a spectacular, fun jacket with OH-so comfortable flowy black pants, and had a great time at the event. (Added bonus- both pieces are extremely versatile AND machine washable!) Service here is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. There is never a hard sell, but soft encouragement and honest feedback on the fit, colors, style & suitability.
