“I placed an order for a co-worker for her Bday. I found out one of My other co-workers placed an order for the exact same item. I called and spoke to Tim and he was great- he let me know that wouldnt be a problem and cancelled one of the orders and refunded me immediaty. Then he personally delivered the item to my co-worker and he was singing and doing a little dance for her. It was awesome. “I bought some lovely curtains at Curtain House for two bedrooms. When I tried setting up the rods that I had bought at another store that is no longer in business I could not figure out why the finials would not stay on. They told me to bring in the rods so they could take a look at them. Even though they could have sold me something from their store they found a solution and I was able to use the rods. I am now going back to purchase shades from them. Anyone that would go above and beyond like that deserves a 5 star rating.”
