“This Sonic location has improved drastically within the last few months. I had stopped coming here about a year ago because the experience had gotten so bad (wait times, incorrect food, etc), but I've started coming back and it's a whole new experience. Also, I like that I can tip now at the stall.”

“I have seen Dr. Friedman in the past when I was with Mansfield Animal Hospital, so I was familiar with her. When I brought my sick pup Dakota to her there when she was filling in, she was very thorough and very compassionate with me to his needs. I decided at that time to follow her to her clinic to continue care at Wrentham Animal Hospital. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to him and even though she wasn’t working that day the other vet and staff was so wonderful with my daughter and I. We were able to go into a private room to do one of the hardest things to do when you own a pet. Happily I have a new puppy and we now happy to call Wrentham Animal Hospital my new home for my pets care. I highly recommend this clinic!!”

“Everyone is always so friendly and they always make you feel at home and they make you and your animal feel like family. They love to spoil your pooch. My dog has anxiety issues and they were so attentive of that and totally understand and did everything to make her feel comfortable when being given her shots. Will continue to come to this location.”

“Just took my two new kittens in to get a check up and I was really pleased. Everyone I talked to was super nice and obviously really liked cats. The vet was super knowledgeable and conveyed all the necessary information in a way that made it very easy to understand not just what but why I should or shouldn't be doing things certain ways. Will definitely take them back next year!”

“I've unfortunately had a lot of emergencies with one of my dogs since COVID started this year. It is really tough to wait in your car or at home for hours for someone to call and give you updates on your pet, but its the same situation everywhere right now and I don't fault the VCA for this. I think they are trying their best to keep up but I have been concerned once or twice about how urgently they are attending to my dog based on her condition. I've been told in the past that they will bypass the "line" in order to see/treat the very urgent cases asap but I worry that they can't always make that judgement without seeing/evaluating the pet first. Most of the staff is really nice, professional and accommodating. I have come across 2-3 techs that have been flat out rude to me on the phone, but thankfully this is not usually the case. When my dog was here for an extended stay, they let me come visit her (outside only) one day just to put my mind at ease. Usually if my dog has to spend the night I will get a picture texted to me before bed or in the morning with an update, which is greatly appreciated. Doesn't always happen right now since they are so busy though. The doctors seem very thorough in their work and I like that they usually present me with my options and let me choose what I'd like to do - ex. "we can run bloodwork and also do an ultrasound, but if the cost is too much I'd recommend starting with just the bloodwork and we'll go from there". Lately my dog has been seeing Dr. Cornetta who is very patient with me and my frantic, anxiety-ridden questions. I trust her expertise and appreciate that she's trying her best to keep me calm throughout a pretty scary diagnosis/treatment plan with my dog!”

“My family moved over from another vet clinic and we haven't looked back since. I cannot stress what wonderful work the full staff does from reception to the doctors. On Friday I had made the toughest decision I hope most pet owners do not have to make and that is putting your pet to sleep. Our 14 year old dog Gogo was diagnosed with cancer of the spleen and the doctors did all they could do to ensure her time was spent in comfort. When that time came, the doctor handling this was new to the practice and it was a tough position to put him in as well but he was professional through and through. More importantly, he was compassionate, he talked us through what was going to happen and what to expect. (I will edit to get the doctors name). As this was his 4th shift with the clinic you would never have known it. All the doctors in this practice have seen us through all of our pets and have cared for them as if they were their own pets. The loss of Gogo was crushing to me but the staff was as compassionate as they could be. You are in good hands if you bring your pets here!”
