“I received exceptional service from Dave - I showed up after 5PM which was when the shop was closed, he was there waiting for me and got me squared away in short order - He saw me looking over my truck and came out to look it over with me, we noticed the gas gauge showed the tank was empty and neither of us was sure if it was a mechanical/electrical issue or if I was simply out of gas so he followed me to the gas station and he filled up my tank. Turns out there was nothing wrong, I was just running on fumes. Last thing he said was, "if you have any problems, come back and we'll get it taken care of". These guys break the stereotype of body shops taking advantage and not giving a *hit about the customer. Through this experience, Classic Body and Fender treated me like family - They've earned my business!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Pep Boys. I had to go and get new tires for my vehicle. Not only the prices are very reasonable but also the customer service was terrific. The two mechanics who I dealt with were both very nice and professional. Unfortunately I don't know their names. I had to wait for my vehicle to be done and it wasn't that long of a wait. I totally recommend this Pepboys for all your auto needs!”
