“I had issues with an orthodontist in Saint Joseph on all ends for my daughters braces. I researched for orthodontist in the area and found Dr. Nathan Thomas. Read some of the reviews and decided to give him and his staff a try. End state was that those reviews were spot on! Dr. Thomas and staff were not only professional, they treated my daughter, rest of my family, and myself like FAMILY! It was and IS great to have place to go and feel good about getting work done without being around a chilling environment and staff. My daughter did continue with her orthodontic work and will without hesitation, my youngest daughter will be getting hers done when time is right. In these rush, rush times, it is great to have a place to go that will treat you professionally, even more - LIKE FAMILY!”

“With six kids, our old method was to take 2 kids to the dentist at a time. 2 hours later, we'd be home, and have to do this again 3 more times. Then repeat every 6 months. Then we had the issue of not knowing how to contain our costs on routine care, which was running north of $200/person! Now our family is part of the RAD plan at Red Arrow. We pay a reasonable amount for the year--flat--with a discount on additional items. All 8 of us were seen in a little over the time that 2 of us were seen at our former dentist. And best of all, we feel valued and cared for both as patients with teeth to steward and as people. I'm glad we've found our model moving forward, and I think anyone else dissatisfied with how they are doing dental should consider the Red Arrow team.”

“I've had several experiences with different dentist offices throughout the years. I have had dentists whom I've loved before, but I have never had the experience I had at Red Arrow Dentistry. Every one of their staff members was friendly and extremely professional. I was able to be seen nearly immediately, which is almost unheard of in this area for a dentist's office. Initially, I was a little concerned with the fact that I could get in so quickly... I thought maybe the actual care you received would not be as good, and that's why they had openings available right away... I could not have been more wrong! Both my hygienist and my dentist were excellent! I wish I had found this practice sooner! I would highly recommend Red Arrow Dentistry!”
