“My daughter was on her way to Grand Rapids, traveling from Chicago when she called me, and said that she had a message on her dash stating, "Low Oil Pressure, SHUT VEHICLE OFF". Luckily, she was near the Michigan Welcome Center, so she was able to safely pull off the road. I called a couple of repair shops, and towing truck companies that weren't able to help immediately because of weather conditions. I found Damon Automotive on the internet, I called and spoke with Bob, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He referred me to a Towing Company, that brought the car and my daughter safely to Bob's shop, where he diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and repaired her vehicle at a very reasonable cost, in a very short period of time. I am a General Manager of an Auto Dealership, and we work with customers in similar situations every day. Bob Damon did an outstanding job taking care of my daughter and her car, in what could have been a disaster of a situation.
