I called Cooper Carlson hearing and air yesterday (Thursday) and asked them for an appointment to get my central air fixed. And I'm so glad I did!! From first contact the woman that answered the phone was kind, professional and made it seem as if she was very happy to help. She quickly scheduled a time for 8 am the very next day. The repairman arrived right on time and was just as kind and professional. As I was holding a flashlight for John the technician, I told him how excited I was to be getting it fixed due too my daughters asma.
The part needed was in their Elkhart Indiana location. About 35 miles from me. I believe that because of my daughters condition, John drove there himself instead of having it sent so that it could be fixed right away. THAT IS HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMERS!! And that is how you keep customers! Great job Cooper Carlson!! I'd give more than five stars if it were an option!!
