“I called Cooper Carlson hearing and air yesterday (Thursday) and asked them for an appointment to get my central air fixed. And I'm so glad I did!! From first contact the woman that answered the phone was kind, professional and made it seem as if she was very happy to help. She quickly scheduled a time for 8 am the very next day. The repairman arrived right on time and was just as kind and professional. As I was holding a flashlight for John the technician, I told him how excited I was to be getting it fixed due too my daughters asma. The part needed was in their Elkhart Indiana location. About 35 miles from me. I believe that because of my daughters condition, John drove there himself instead of having it sent so that it could be fixed right away. THAT IS HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMERS!! And that is how you keep customers! Great job Cooper Carlson!! I'd give more than five stars if it were an option!!”

“The owners of this motel have gone through some growing pains with staff. It's a large motel & a lot to maintain. I have stayed there 5 times & each time I return, more improvements have been made. My rooms have always been clean & it is a quiet place to sleep. The price is more than reasonable. The staff has always been very accommodating to anything I've asked for. I will always be a loyal customer to them. If you're looking for a five star motel in the area, you can surely find it but you will pay the higher price. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable place to rest while you're in town, I recommend this one. Try not to pick it apart. The owners work very hard.”

I just brought my mom for lunch, we shared a order of onion rings, the perfect blend of battered rings, without feeling like you just consumed 5 lbs of fat!! Then we each had a very delicious salad! I think we have made a new "regular " place to go! (I brought home a piece of cheesecake for the hubby, minus a bite or two, very yummy)”

“Just picked up my rental from this Budget location and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, despite a minor hiccup. The woman attending the desk was pleasant and helpful, and is the reason for my positive review. The first car I was assigned smelled like smoke so I requested to switch. She checked the car, confirmed the smell, and obliged my request right away. It was certainly an opportunity for customer service to succeed or fail and I was very grateful to have encountered great customer service!”
