“We had a great experience here after my daughter hit her head in a basketball game and developed symptoms of a concussion. We were seen here twice and both times they got us an appointment in a timely fashion. We waited in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. The front desk was very helpful with our paperwork, and Dr Trigger was fantastic.... kind, helpful, understanding, and obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He had a great bedside manner!”

“They're awesome and very patient with the kids! My 4yo has been attending classes here for about 2 years now and absolutely loves it and all her teachers! ◇ They offer classes for boys and girls starting at 8 weeks old all the way up through adult, including movement focused classes for babies, gymnastics for all ages (even adult clinics!), ninja classes for ages 4 1/2+, freestyle tumbling for 6+, cheerleading classes/clinics for 6+. They even offer the opportunity for competition, with a girls gymnastics team, a boys gymnastics team, and a competitive cheer team! ¤ They also offer a wide variety of dance classes. They have preschool classes for ages 2-5, recreational classes for 6+ that teach basics to advanced skills and techniques, along with singularly focused ballet (7+), modern (8+), little hoppers (hip hop for 5-7), and hip hop (7+) classes, and even classes for 18+ in modern dance, ballet/tap, and tap/jazz. ♡ On top of all of this, they constantly have all sorts of events, like kid's night out, open gym (for all ages, just for toddlers, and sensory open gym for special needs children), birthday parties, and field trips! Anyone can join these events, with or without a membership, although most require preregistration and fees differ for non-members. ☆ They are currently in the process of remodeling the bathrooms and expanding the gym, the viewing area, and the parking lot. Things are only getting bigger and better!”

“I've visited 3 other CrossFit gyms in the area and would highly recommend Fort Miami CrossFit. I had the opportunity to drop in 3 times while visiting the area with my family. The members were very friendly and welcoming. The coaches took the extra time to make me feel welcome and make sure I met everyone in the class. I got 3 great workouts with great coaching tips that weren't overbearing. You can tell the owners and coaches truly care about their members as it has fostered a great community.”

“I have been having some issues with my muscles in my lower back and shoulders. I went in to Relief yesterday and I was able to talk to their knowledgable and friendly staff and ended up having a message the same day! Wow did I feel better afterwards! I highly recommend you call there if you are having any issues especially in this day and age where we are holding our phones in front of us all the time which can cause discomfort in your neck and shoulders.”

“they did a great job designing the candle now sold at bath and body works “wrestling room” however, due to the unpopularity of the scent, they are designing a new candle called “clean wrestling room” I gave them five stars because of their ability to train young attentive fish as well as these boys. My family is proud to say that my brother is now a trained cowboy.”

“Just got done with my first appointment and loved it. Everyone there is extremely friendly as soon as you step in the door. The nurse I had was very friendly and straight to the point - which I always look for in people. Dr. Howenstine was equally as welcoming as everyone else. He was quick and straight to the point as well without skipping any part and made sure I had all of my questions answered. If you're looking for a new dentist, definitely give them a call to set something up. I called on a Friday and they had an opening the following Monday. We'll see how the filling goes in a few days as well.”

“From the first phone call to check if they accepted our insurance I was impressed with their staff. They were friendly and polite. Could not have asked them to be any better. The facility was clean, attractive, and inviting. They were gentle but very thorough. Our family will definitely make this our dentist office!”

“If the review could go up to 10, I would give 10++. I never thought about biking could be my part of life since I wasn’t a person who does exercise before. Tri-ing For Life, it offers a free bike ride, so I decided to sign up and did it yesterday. To be honest, I have no idea how the mountain bike works and I don’t even know how to shift the gear. Yesterday is what so called FTP test. I don’t know what it is either and my bike couldn’t do the right function according to Thom. However, I still went because I am afraid I may shrink back if I don’t do this time. I chose a position on the back and corner because I was a little scared. Thom was nice and patient, and helped me to adjust the seat, set up for me. When it started, I paddled as i followed others. Actually I started to feel uncomfortable after 15 mins. But riding with others, somehow it gave you energy to keep going. While we were riding, Thom walked around and checked everyone OK. He tried to show me what to do may help relaxing a little bit. With excitation of people in front of me, with encouragement from Thom, vitality of power came to me, I told myself “ I could finish”... By the time cooling down, i felt joyful although my body was tired. I would like to say thank you to Thom and I appreciate a great opportunity in Tri-ing For Life to experience the indoor cycling.”
