“Wonderful place to stay. The rooms, hallways, and everything was very clean. The staff was very polite and attentive, the coffee shop was nice and the staff was happy to open it up even in the middle of the night. The room rates were a little overpriced, and the restaurant was overpriced but had good food, not great, but good. The hotel itself was definitely worth staying in and we would go back again. The staff and cleanliness make this a great place to stay.”

“Rooms are very clean and cozy! Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable! Very cute and safe town. It's really like a home away from home. Even had a free box of chocolates waiting for me when I checked in! They didn't last long ???? Thank you so much!! UPDATE: I locked myself out of my room on a Saturday morning at 6am and the staff were so nice and helpful getting me back in.”

“Family has been coming here for years. We fill the entire place up and have diverse needs and interests. Grand Beach In has proven to be a good staging ground for our group of 60+. The pool is in great shape the rooms are old but up kept pretty well, the kitchen is large enough to feed an army. There are some things that have seen wear but we love it here.”

“My wife, Mom, and our little dog... rented this house for a weekend getaway. Kieth is the owner and his awesome family have thought of everything to make the house feel comfortable and functional. Everything is a very easy to figure out, from the wifi to the fireplace... and what a great fireplace!! We had a blast in front of the fire and walking around the neighborhood, dipping into town, etc. The beds were super comfortable, every inch was clean, it was stocked with everything we required to settle right in. Kieth even left us a bottle of wine for my birthday I can't recommend TreeTops at Grand Beach more to any family, couple, friends, anyone. We've stayed in the area at multiple homes and this house is now our go to... we'll be back!!”
