Spacious comfortable room's with home feel interior. Laundromat is conveniently placed.
Family run management gives you very welcoming vibes. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Towns are down the road left or right.

Very welcoming atmosphere with nice owners. Great weekly rate with kitchenette. Rooms are clean, I stayed during the winter season, the heater worked flawlessly. Water quickly got hot, and the beds were comfy and big. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll most definitely stay here before anywhere else. Thanks for the hospitality and making me feel like at home.

While I didn't stay here personally, I'm writing this review because a couple of friends did and Route 52 Inn is non-existent on the web. This location is most famous for it's previous business name, Southern Boy Manor. The current owner bought the property from the bank about a year and a half ago (late 2015?) and remodeled it. The rooms are rented on a weekly basis catering to out of town guests.

The address listed on the business card is 13090 S. M-52 (Grosshans) but Google doesn't like that address. 13090 Grosshans Rd. brings you to almost Hinkley Rd while 13090 Michigan 52 puts you south past Territorial. The actual location is in between the two just north of Columbo's Party Store.

I knocked off 1 star because I didn't stay here personally.
