Amazing customer service. The chaos and struggle of a house fire is significant- washovia was a bright light in a tough time. Always available. Always prompt. Always on the other end of the call with reassurance and a work ethic to back it up. I don’t ever wish the need for emergency housing on anyone- but if you do need it, Washovia is an incredible find.

After our house fire, Washovia Temporary Housing met with us and had a house trailer picked out for our family to use during the renovation/rebuild process of our home. Not only did the house trailer arrive 1 week ahead of schedule, it is a beautiful home that is already furnished. All of the workers were very polite, respectful, and friendly. The one who walked us through the home after it was set up, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Losing a home in a fire is devastating, but Washovia Temporary Housing made it easier for our family knowing we will be in a safe, warm, and happy home for the holidays. Washovia was excellent in every way for our housing need. They were quick to respond for a site evaluation. Brought us a trailer to live in within a week and a half of our fire. They sped up the trailer preparation to bring us a place to live quickly. If anything was needed during our trailer stay they were quick to respond. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. They were super careful when bringing and removing the trailer from our property. This is a very professional company who truly cares to make your temporary living arrangements as simple as possible while meeting your basic needs.

I have contracted work for Washovia in the past and I can say that this company goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service to its customers. As a matter of fact I have never seen anything like this service. Kudos to Randy for inventing this concept almost 30 years ago. To think the amount of people this company has helped in a desperate time of need when the only other option is staying in a hotel or with family or sometimes, nowhere. The trailers are nice and having seen first hand the effort that goes into every one to make it like home for each family should not go unmentioned. Simply the absolute best, second to none in the business. A great service, great people and a great place to work.
