  SERIOUSLY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND COME TO SKYWALKER AVIATION!! I have been a student for 5 years at FOUR DIFFERENT FLIGHT SCHOOLS with 8 different instructors with 350+ HOURS and I could NOT get my Private Pilot License, I got a 93% on my written and was more than capable , I was flying solo for 120+ hours at the time! ALMOST ALL Flught schools and Instructors hold you back so they don’t lose your business once you move on and it’s it’s so wrong. Then THANK GOD I found Skywaler Aviation. The owner Jo is by FAR the best and most caring persons you will ever meet. After 350+ hours knowing almost everything She actually taught me how to properly fly and I had my PPL in just a couple weeks! Seriously if you are doing ANYTHING in Aviation, you need to be at SkyWalker Aviation , they genuinely care about YOU and YOUR GOALS. It’s literally an aviation community here where everyone helps each other. They hold free classes you can attend and so many other things. Do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO THERE AND FLY JUST ONCE WITH THEM AND SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES. Jo is seriously one of a kind and I will always be grateful for her, just show me a business owner that has a lobby full of students and instructors and completely went out of her way for me, a stranger, to personally train me because it was “absurd what they did to me” is what she said.   Absolutely the best place to learn to fly in lower Michigan. Don't settle for other flight schools that don't care about you or your training. Learn to fly with Sky Walker where you are put first! I can't recommend Sky Walker enough. Prices are great for rentals and instructors too!

  Did multiengine training here and now an instructor here - The owner, the instructors, the atmosphere are amazing! Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and eager to share and pass their knowledge on to others. The owner, Jo, has a real deep care for every student. She also cares deeply for her employees. It's a family atmosphere. I am proud to be a part of it. And no, I am not prompted to say these nice things. It's the absolute truth and I'd shout it to the world for the rest of my days.

  I can not stress how important it is to find a GOOD school. I have been to 4 different schools, 6 different instructs (all working just for hours, so they can go to the airlines) and flown over 240 hours in the last 4 years and still have not been able to get my Private Pilot License by the time I came to Sky Walker Flight School. After so much flight time, I've acquired many bad rabbits due to the beyond poor instructors I've perviously had. The owner Sky Walker Flight School, Jo, personally sat with me, and listened to what I've been through. I was literally about to quit, thinking I will NEVER get my PPL. This flight school was by FAR the busiest flight school, and for a very good reason it turns out. The flight instructors at Sky Walker Flight School are TOTALLY different then all other flight schools in Michigan. Because of the owner. I'm she has AMAZING judgement, especially with who she hires, to make sure her school does not turn into the "fake schools" I've been at. I've honest to God never met a person like Jo. She has a large flight school to operate and doesn't have time for some random guy and his story. She LITERALLY took the time out of her EXTREMELY busy schedule to instruct me. People use the word, One of a Kind too loosely. Never EVER in my life have I met a very successful flight school owner, an instructor, a teacher, an individual, a human, and now one of my VERY VERY DEAR FRIENDS as Jo. She is the super busy, but she will make your problem her own, to help you. I don't know what to say, I'm forever and ever indebted to her and Sky Walker Flight School.
  
  Please listen to me, it's been horror, people can get their PPL at 60 hours and here I am at 240+ hours with no PPL, but I have Sky Walker Flight School, and the owner Jo, that has a million students that have become pilots hung all over her wall. Bad habits die hard, and she's doing everything to break them away from me. I go to her flight school after work from Ferndale which is a 2+ hour drive one way, but I sincerely mean this, if I had to drive to the moon to get to Sky Walker Flight School, I would. Please understand, your first 30 hours are where you build your habits, you MUST reach out to Jo or her instructors. My name is Ahmad,. If you are looking to go to a flight school, please GO to Sky Walker Flight School. It is a school you will not find else where. I am just a student, I want to prevent people from going through the horror I've gone through until I reach Sky Walker Flight School and spoke with Jo. She really is so special to me, I can sit here and tell you how much I sincerely appreciate what she's done for me for hours. I love Sky Walker Flight School and I truly love Jo. Please call them and give them s shot. It's one big family of highly qualified instructors that truly care for you and want you to learn and pass. Please don't hesitate to go there, ANYONE with any questions in regards to this flight school should go there and see if for themselves, I will happily answer any questions as a student in regards to this flight school, I owe them my dream of becoming a pilot that I was right about to quit.   I got my Private Pilot’s certificate from Skywalker recently and have nothing but great things to say about the school. Whether you are beginner flyer or someone like me looking to get back after 35 years, this school is undoubtedly your best choice!! The school has great instructors who are competent and flexible. Jo, the owner, is an amazing person who cares for her instructors and students equally. She takes personal interest in each student and helps them become safe competent pilots. I don’t think I would have got back to flying if it wasn’t for Jo! Going to this school was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Highly recommend the school!!
