Free To Be Massage

I came to know Austeen 1.5 years ago when I engaged her for neck & back issues I encountered post-spinal surgery 10 years ago. I was under another Massage Therapist's care for 8 years but never achieved anywhere near the results I see with Austeen. I see her bi-weekly, and she has been an integral part of my recovery to regain my quality of life and overall mental wellbeing. She is an intuitive, sensitive and ethical practitioner who invests in/cares deeply for her clients. She took a personal interest in my recovery by researching options and exercises specific to my needs – her care goes far beyond the massage table. Her massage training alongside her education in athletic training makes her extremely skilled at her craft. I can’t speak highly enough of her as a Practitioner.

Yoga practice with Austeen is non-judgmental space to grow both physically and emotionally. She practices moving mediation full of mindfulness, gratitude, and spirituality. I started with her very much a beginner to yoga. She always offers modifications that meet the needs of those new to practice as well as participants looking to build strength and attempt advanced poses. Austeen and her teachings are an asset to this community!

Austeen is a remarkable young woman with the kindest heart and soul. She has a tremendous knowledge base of the body and it’s ability to move in everyday activities and during different types of yoga. Her calm demeanor makes an “older person” like me feel so welcomed and never ashamed of what I can or cannot do. Austeen makes it her mission to help others understand what, why, & how the body should move to get the most out of your practice. She is inviting just in her presence and smile. Never fear trying when Austeen is the leader!

Austeen is the best combination of all her many experiences and talents to provide me with the most therapeutic, thoughtful and caring massage that I need every time. She puts her whole self into it and focuses on what my body needs. I have issues with sciatica, and muscle tension. Messages from Austeen have given me a better quality of life, for sure. I’m so lucky to know Austeen, and to have found her to be my massage therapist.

Austeen is phenomenal at what she does. During a massage she is extremely intuitive and knows just what your body needs. I have been blessed to add her to my self care routine.
