(February 6, 2020, 3:57 pm)We enjoy it here; we live out at the Devils Lake park; very nice neighbors; office staff is great and they help alot; new maintenance guys are awesome and they have always responded to our maintenance requests in a timely manner! Will probably be here a couple of years, but we like it!
(March 24, 2019, 1:03 pm)Seems like a nice safe place to live. They've done a wonderful job cleaning it up and I'm impressed with the current management. Very friendly and helpful to speak with and they at least answer the phone when you call for information on what's available for purchase. Also the pricing is quite reasonable
