“Used them twice through Costco. Once for the carpeting on the main floor (more cost effective that Home Depot with a better product too) and again for the basement remodel using both carpet and luxury vinyl. Pricing is very fair for the product you get (especially with the Costco cash back) and they have been professional both times. It did take a couple days to wrap up some loose ends with the basement install, but that was mainly due to my availability and basement floor layout which they worked to resolve with me while I was out of town.”

“You know what's annoying about scheduling service for an RV? You make an appointment but upon arrival are told to leave it there, they don't know when they'll get to it. After several days - or weeks - it's FINALLY done and you are presented with an outrageous bill. Oh, and the quality is often suspect. Not at JAM. They took my rig in at the time of the appointment and finished up in a very reasonable time while I waited. The cost was a fraction of what other places quoted for the same work, and the crew was nothing less than awesome. They listen to their customers and don't talk down to you or make assumptions of what you may or may not know. In addition to the requested work, Tom did a quick courtesy inspection of key items and gave me a run-down on overall condition and status. So refreshing to get good service. Thanks, JAM.
