I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THERE * A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE IS THE MUSIC SOUND PERSON AT THE 2:00P.M. SERVICE , THEY ARE A SMALL CONGREGATION THAT RENTS SPACE FROM CHIPPEWA VALLEY ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON * THE CHURCH IS BEAUTIFUL / INSIDE & OUT / 2 CONVENIENT PARKING LOT ENTRANCES - GOOD SIZED PARKING LOT - LOVELY LOCATION - IT HAS A DOWN HOME / OUT IN THE COUNTRY FEEL TO IT / LOVELY SANCTUARY & YOU CAN FEEL THE LOVE OF CHRIST IN EVERY SECTION OF THE BUILDING & GROUNDS * WONDERFUL CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP WITH LIKE MINDED PEOPLE - IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT - AMEN *

I found this church by accident after finding out my mother cancer came back and that she didn't have long. The pastor and church members welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family. They said prayers for my mom and family, gave me words of encourage and most importantly lead me to different scriptures to increase my wisdom of the word of God. The pastor even went to visit my mom several times, prayed and talked with her. She enjoyed his company and was able to take comfort when he addressed some of the fears she had. Mainly her worries for her children. When her time grew shorter I was an emotional mess, but he stuck with me. He continues to check and see how I'm doing. We had her funeral to day and along with my family he offered support, prayer and words of encouragement. My mom was my best friend and its been difficult but bearable thanks to my biological family and my church family. I'm forever grateful for the support they gave me and they continue to give me. Most of all, I thank God for letting me find this without looking and to help me make the decision to check it out.

Chippewa Valley Church of God is a small church with a BIG heart. The church strives to be welcoming and treat all who enter like family. The mission statement is “Love God. Love people. Do it with all your heart.” This statement is continually a driving force that helps us reach our goal of touching peoples lives. The people are faith filled and committed to prayer.
