“All three of my children attended MCA. One even did the toddler program as well. The other 2 left after the primary program starting their new school in 1st grade. I absolutely loved it at Montessori Children’s Academy. The school provided structure kids need but allowed for creativity and wonder to occur everyday. It was well managed and the parents were well informed and supported. My kids were given an excellent education but beyond that they were taught about having good character traits, about respecting others and the environment. They were nurtured, encouraged, supported and inspired. My kids are now in 5th, 9th & 11th. All of them have consistently had state MAP (MEAP) scores that are well above average as well as high GPA’s. We are now looking at Harvard & MIT for my oldest. Moreover, they are inquisitive, creative and resourceful which I feel is due to the nature of Montessori training. Montessori I believe encourages the children to try new things, to do what inspires you and together with staff like Mrs Ianuzzi & Mrs Lee help guide them from an interest to a mastery in areas of learning. Their teaching was well rounded to not just learn numbers, colors, shapes etc like most preschools but to learn botany, practical like skills, geography, environmental sustainability, etc too. They really flourished. They learned to have a love of: learning, of trying new things and problem solving. I am truly grateful that my kids has the opportunity to attend Montessori Children’s Academy. Updated 11/2021: I thought I’d give an update. My oldest child is now in MIT (a school that is the top for computer science and has an only 4% acceptance rate), my second child is a straight A student bound for a top university and the youngest is a 4.1 gpa student who was promoted and skipped the 5th grade. They are all inquisitive, dedicated learners. I am forever grateful for the incredible foundation that the Montessori education and MCA staff provided. They instill a love of learning that stays with them for a lifetime.”

“Have been a long tine Clinton Twp resident and have recently opened a new business in Clinton Twp. I was beyond stressed out about getting my certificate of occupancy inspection after speaking with other business owners in the area. Every inspector was helpful and more than willing to guide me in the right direction as far as what had to be done to be safe and in compliance with city ordinances and any applicable codes. Very kind people who genuinely care about the city and its residents.”

“Excellent hill, and I love the steps up the sides. Watch out for a ramp someone dug out toward the middle of the steep hill. You can't see it very well from the top. Someone went off it and hit their head and was bleeding. Paramedics had to be called. But that isn't the sledding hills fault so 5 stars. And please do not build ramps/jumps.”

“I found this church by accident after finding out my mother cancer came back and that she didn't have long. The pastor and church members welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family. They said prayers for my mom and family, gave me words of encourage and most importantly lead me to different scriptures to increase my wisdom of the word of God. The pastor even went to visit my mom several times, prayed and talked with her. She enjoyed his company and was able to take comfort when he addressed some of the fears she had. Mainly her worries for her children. When her time grew shorter I was an emotional mess, but he stuck with me. He continues to check and see how I'm doing. We had her funeral to day and along with my family he offered support, prayer and words of encouragement. My mom was my best friend and its been difficult but bearable thanks to my biological family and my church family. I'm forever grateful for the support they gave me and they continue to give me. Most of all, I thank God for letting me find this without looking and to help me make the decision to check it out.”

He installed everything that day and was very thorough and professional. “February 6, 2021 - Went here today to check out some items for the family. Not that many people here, but a lot of us dads brought our kids. I know a lot of things for kids are away, but I had no choice. My middle daughter had a fun time picking out movies and books. The staff was very helpful. They do ask you to wear a mask and limit your visit to 30 minutes. Look forward to going back next weekend. You can do a pickup if you don't want to go inside. Not sure how it works but go to their website for instructions.”
