(July 1, 2023, 9:26 pm)The guy dealt with there was super cool, very nice and had me in and out of there within a matter of less than 5 minutes. And the price as far as I'm concerned was extremely reasonable. I'm glad that we got a locksmith in the area that we can trust!!
(June 1, 2023, 10:47 am)Excellent customer service. When I called, I got a voicemail and received a call back the same day. I explained that my key to my circle lock on a door broke. They didn't tell me there wasn't anything they can do, instead, they gave me options and asked me to bring the key in so they could take a look. That positive response and follow-up made my situation less stressful. In the end, they couldn't repair the key or replicate it, but they were able to help be resolve the issue. Super nice guys and I think reasonable pricing for their expertise. Highly recommend.

(March 19, 2023, 12:31 pm)I've been all over trying to get a business key made and no one had it. I walked into Epsteins, and in 3 minutes they had the key made and I was gone. Great place!
