Looked for birthday card and found a nice one, picked up potholders with autumnal theme.
this is the cleanest, most organized and stocked dollar tree I have ever been to!
Dollar tree is the old five and dime store, but now everything is $1.25. generally stock is pretty steady, that is most items are available at any time. Some items are better quality than others, but it is $1.25 per items.
Nice, clean organized store. Dillon has great customer service skills.
This is a great place, full of great people, great exhibits, and did I mention great people? We went on a tour with Steve, and he was amazing! He shared his experiences jumping out of some of the planes. My son and I had such a great time. I highly recommend it. There is so much history here, I don't want to spoil it, so just go check it out, you won't be sorry.
A diamond in the rough. Needs to become a regional attraction.
This is a hidden gem! The staff was kind enough to let us ride on Sherman! Make sure stop by their restoration garage, those tech geniuses are very friendly and knowledgeable!
Wow! What an amazing experience we had. I surprised my husband by taking him to Selfridge Military Air Museum located on the active Selfridge Military Base after we were not able to visit the Air and Space Museum in Washington DC on a recent trip because it had not yet reopened. We both come from military families though neither of us have served, and my husband is an avid history buff and passionate about all things military from uniforms, to combat weapons, to aircraft in all branches and all eras of U.S. combat.
I can't believe that being lifelong Detroiters we had never visited Selfridge but we will definitely be back! The exhibits inside the museum and all all the historic planes on the field outside, some of which visitors can access, as well as the knowledgeable Personnel makes this trip a must. Everyone was very welcoming and their commitment to being inclusive in telling that history is so necessary and refreshing. This place, second oldest base in the country, is a true Gem!
Still Exciting and I saw it every day when I worked there
