(June 15, 2023, 8:44 am)I have been living at beachwood townhomes for a year now and my boyfriend and I absolutely love it here! It’s quiet, clean and have only had one maintenance issue! The maintenance crew responded quickly and came the next day to fix it up!
I would definitely recommend staying at beachwood townhomes!

(April 28, 2023, 6:09 am)I've been in Beachwood for3 years now. I moved from the ranch style apart to the townhomes and I love it more. It has a good layout and lots of space for my things. I like that the basement is usable for storage and my fitness equipment.
Maintenance response is timely. My only wish is that there was a carport or a gas stove. My parking area gets pretty flooded when it rains or the snow melts but I just have to pull up far so I don't get out in a puddle. The leasing office staff is very nice. They just started doing some events for residents and that has been a nice touch.
(February 14, 2023, 9:23 am)I have been a resident at Beachwood Townhomes for about two and a half years and its been the best experience. Management is extremely helpful with anything you need and very responsive. Maintenance has always been on top of things keeping everything up to date and responded quickly to any needs I've had. I have lived in both the one and two bedrooms here and you will not find another community with everything Beachwood has to offer. Private entrance, in unit laundry and private basements in the two bedroom. It has been a wonderful place to call home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking.
(February 13, 2023, 10:56 am)Me and my boyfriend moved in…it’s the quietest place I have ever live and it’s super nice! Updated floors and kitchen. The carpet was surprisingly clean and fresh paint too! New toilet seats as well! Me and him love it here! Also management was very helpful and personable! The beach is only a couple minutes away! They also have trash cans around for your dogs and provide bags which is awesome! And they have a nice little park!
