They made sure the surfaces were clean before installing. The whole time lifting heavy granite and being very personable. They did such a great job and were tidy and thorough from start to finish. He demonstrated all the bikes features and explained the various differences in bike models, modes, batteries and accessories. Very knowledgeable on the Pedego line and very easy to deal with.
