“One morning I woke up and started my car and it didn’t start. I proceeded to get my car towed to another Kia dealership and their wait time was extremely long. It wasn’t until I called the service department at Jeffrey Kia to have them service my vehicle. I was concerned with going without a vehicle during the holidays. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Andy who walked me through the process and even got a complimentary shuttle to where I needed to go. Andy called me ONE DAY later to tell me that my problem has been resolved! They even washed my car! I appreciate the service that Andy and everyone at Jeffrey Kia’s service department provided in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them!”

It was the third upholstery company that I reached out to, the previous 2 turning me down saying it wasn’t possible to be done. Adam was extremely helpful, and asked me to send him photos before he confirmed that he could accomplish what I was requesting. I wasn’t sure this was something that could even be done based on my conversations with other companies. Turnaround time was 4 weeks, which I thought was quick! The piece fits perfectly. I cannot even tell that it was cut down/not original. I’m super pleased with the service, and would certainly recommend this company for upholstery needs.”

Our purchasing experience was excellent, no pressure, and our eventual delivery was professional and fast.
