I hadn't been to Paul's Bike Depot for over 10 years. I needed a repair, so I called and spoke to Paul about an issue with my bike. I brought the bike over and he was helpful and supportive that I could easily make the repair. He quickly and accurately identified the issues with my bike, when another local bike repair shop said to replace the part.
Paul demonstrates his expertise gained through many years of experience. He stays customer focused and provides great service. -
