(September 23, 2021, 10:29 am)We were the victim of a SIM swap attack and unable to access our phones. After multiple unhelpful Cricket representatives both over the phone and in person, we decided to try out this location as a last resort, which ended up being an excellent decision. Despite working here for only a few months, Chris was able to solve our issue within 10 minutes and all our numbers were recovered. Everything was back to normal, what a relief! If you have any Cricket issues, I would suggest coming to this location and asking for Chris.
