(October 29, 2021, 6:34 pm)Every staff member I encountered was very polite, helpful, professional. And the service was so fast I spent more time driving up there than I did actually in the store. The store had a lot of customers in it also who seemed to get taken care of just as fast as I did ... I wish every professional place I had to go in was as efficient and fast as this Xfinity store.

(June 6, 2021, 7:45 pm)New building is nice. Made an appointment online which was easy. Worked with Robert he was awesome. In the process of moving. So needed service at both places. He got me all set up. Was able to get all the equipment right then. And he got me a better rate then what I was paying with better service. I recommend making an appointment online and asking for Robert!
