Super supportive trainers and everyone is very welcoming no matter what your level of fitness is. Edit: I now have been going here for what is going on 4+ years now. As a result I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes before being seen. (Just a bonus but a nice one!) I had recently lost my health insurance and Dr. Claudia was one of the few chiropractors willing to take my Medicaid health plan. I don't know what I would have done without her!
