Very impressed! Rick was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, left everything looking spotless! Extremely happy with their services!

I have had three other companies out to look at my fireplace and no one was able to fix it. It literally took Rick 5 minutes to figure out what the issue was and maybe 30 minutes to repair it! He had all the parts needed for repair on his truck. Rick is very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Rick made sure that I understood how to operate the fireplace before leaving and he cleaned up so well! Price was extremely fair!

They fixed up our very old (no longer in production) fireplaces. When I thought I had an issue shortly after, they came out and checked on it again. THEN they called me months down the road to ask if I had any issues and just to make sure I was happy. Awesome customer service, which goes a long way with me.
