Today I needed a piece of wood to recover for a kids 100 yr old rocking chair my godfather made. It was an angle cut & I was told they only do straight cuts, which I was fine with. But the wood cutter brought it out to me EXACTLY HOW IT WAS- on an angle! I was sooo happy I hope they see this and give that guy a pat on the back?(or a raise!) for going beyond the job!”

“I'm very pleased with the amazing customer service we received! My daughter ordered a dress online and unfortunately it arrived a day before our event. The slit on the dress was extremely high and the dress needed to be hemmed. We called with the emergent situation and they were extremely kind and understanding. My daughter rushed there immediately per their request and they performed their magic. They cut off material from the bottom of the dress from the hem and were able to add 4 inches of material to the slit. We were amazed how quickly they transformed the dress to perfection. The quality of workmanship, reasonable cost, and superb customer service will keep us going back for all our tailoring needs. We are extremely grateful.”

Daniell truly went *above and beyond* for me when she made this cake for me. She contacted me right away when she became ill and informed me that my cake would be late, which I truly appreciated. We stayed in touch and she offered me a 100% refund for the inconvenience, but I was sooo so happy that she was willing to make the cake once she was back and fully recovered, no refund necessary. Health should always take top priority, and the fact this was also her top priority made me fully trust in her professionalism AND talent! “About 2 or 3 months ago my mom and I were in a bind due to two unfortunate incidents and we had to move and weren't sure where we were going to place our things. We booked another storage unit at a different company not only did that company take our money which we still haven't been reimbursed for none of the codes to access the gate to our unit worked. So we had no idea what we were going to do and luckily we were driving down Hayes and notice public storage so we stopped in and a nice lady whose name we forgot helped us out she was very friendly. We rented our unit but had a hard time getting it open so she introduced us to the property manager by the name of Ryder. Ryder was a tremendous help. He made sure things with our unit were working properly any questions we had he answered he was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. Ryder is a ray of sunshine my mom and I wish management were like him at other establishments the definitely could learn a thing or two. I appreciate the service team. Online booking is turn key. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said no, thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service!
